Our free UK delivery service (including the Channel Islands) for all products from Play.com usually takes 3-5 working days from date of posting. If you're ordering from mainland Europe, our free delivery usually takes 7-10 working days.

Play.com will never ask for your credit/debit card four-digit security PIN under any circumstances.

If you are contacted or receive an unsolicited email which asks you for your password or personal banking information, disregard the request and report the communication to Play.com for investigation.

We always aim to dispatch pre-order products to arrive on the day of release. To ensure that you get the best possible deal, we offer a pre-order price promise. This means that if, after we've accepted your order for an item that has not yet been released, the price at which we sell that item in your country drops between then and the day it's released, we promise to charge you our lowest price.

If your item has already been shipped and we've taken your payment, we'll refund you the difference between the price you've paid and our lower price by the payment method you used (PlayFunds, gift vouchers or credit/debit card). Please allow up to three working days from the release date for the refund to be processed.

To ensure you receive your Video Game on the release date we will automatically upgrade you to our express delivery free of charge. This applies to all pre-orders up to midday the day before release.

To help make it clearer who you’re actually buying your products from we have split out all the buying options for each product so you know exactly who you’re buying it from and what other customers have said about them not to mention if the product is new or used.  At the end of the day we just want you to grab a bargain.
